Effective Date: 09/28/2025
Last Updated: 09/28/2025

At GPA Consulting LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), we value your business and want you to be satisfied with our services and products. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds may be issued, the process for requesting a refund, and conditions that apply.

1. General Principles

1.1 Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and must comply with the terms outlined here.
1.2 By purchasing from us, you agree to this Refund Policy in addition to our Terms & Conditions.
1.3 Refunds are typically processed using the same payment method originally used, unless otherwise agreed.

2. Timeframe for Refund Requests

  • Consulting & Professional Services: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the scheduled service date or contract signing, whichever is earlier.

  • Digital Products / Online Courses / Downloadables: Refund requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of purchase. Accessed, downloaded, or substantially used digital products may not be eligible for refund.

  • Physical Products (if applicable): Refund requests must be made within 30 calendar days of delivery, subject to return conditions (see Section 4).

3. Conditions for Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be approved under the following circumstances:

  • Service Not Rendered: If a consulting session or service was not provided due to our fault.

  • Defective or Non-Functioning Product: If digital or physical products fail to function as advertised and cannot be reasonably corrected.

  • Duplicate Payment: If you were mistakenly charged more than once.

  • Cancellation Within Allowed Window: If you cancel a service or order within the eligible timeframe (see Section 2).

4. Conditions Where Refunds May Be Denied

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Services already rendered or substantially performed.

  • Digital products that have been downloaded, accessed, or materially used.

  • Physical products returned damaged, missing parts, or without original packaging (unless defective).

  • Refund requests made after the timeframe specified in Section 2.

  • Change of mind, unless required by applicable consumer laws.

5. Full vs. Partial Refunds

  • Full Refunds: Granted when the service/product was not delivered at all, was defective, or canceled within the eligible period before use.

  • Partial Refunds: May be issued in cases where:

    • A portion of services has been rendered but not completed.

    • A physical product shows minor use but is returned in acceptable condition.

    • An adjustment is necessary due to partial dissatisfaction but not a complete failure of performance.

6. Refund Process

6.1 How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, you must:

  • Email us at [Insert Contact Email] with:

    • Order number or contract reference,

    • Description of the issue, and

    • Proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, or confirmation email).

6.2 Review Process

  • We review refund requests within 10 business days.

  • Additional documentation may be requested.

  • Approved refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days after approval.

7. Cancellations

  • Scheduled Consulting Sessions: At least 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule without penalty. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in a partial refund or credit toward future services.

  • Subscription Services (if applicable): You may cancel at any time. Refunds for unused subscription periods will be prorated unless otherwise stated in your agreement.

8. Chargebacks & Disputes

  • Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue may result in suspension of services and denial of future service.

  • We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks with documentation of delivered services/products.

9. Legal Compliance

This Refund Policy is governed by Texas law and applicable U.S. federal consumer protection laws. Nothing in this policy is intended to limit rights provided under applicable law, including protections under the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act and the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines.
